An issue arose this evening which caused some players to lose their stored Kanai’s Cube extractions. Our Development Team has identified the cause and addressed it so that no further players will be impacted.
At this time it is recommended that players impacted by this issue perform a self-service rollback to restore their cube extractions. A rollback can be initiated by visiting https://us.battle.net/support/en/rollback/d3/.
