Nagy valószínűséggel holnap érkezik az 1.0.8-s javítócsomag, mert a hivatalos fórumokon a PTR fórumokat csak olvashatóra állították át, írni nem lehet beléjük, ill. holnap ismételten nagyobb 8 órás karbantartásra lehet számítani.

 

We will be performing scheduled game maintenance for Diablo 3 on Tuesday, May 7th. Maintenance will begin at 3:00 AM PDT and is expected to last for 8 hours. During this time Diablo 3 will not be available for play. In addition, many web services may be unavailable.

Apró híreink következzenek:

  • Május 14.-én ismét ladder reset lesz a Diablo 2-ben.

 

  • Nem lesz controller támogatás PC-re, ill. konzolok esetében USB-s egér és billentyűzet támogatásra se számítsunk.

 

  • Javítottak egy Brawling bugot, így már a játékosok és a petek sem dobhatnak lootot brawling meccs közben.

 

It’s that time again! On the morning of Tuesday, May 14, we’ll be conducting maintenance in order to reset the Diablo II ladder. We anticipate the realms could be down for up to six hours, and during that time all existing ladder characters will be converted to non-ladder. All characters and items being converted to non-ladder will remain intact, but once converted these characters will no longer have access to ladder content such as creating ladder-only rune words.

This ladder reset, like all those before it, creates a clean slate where all ladder characters begin at level 1 with no previous items to help them. To participate, simply wait until the Diablo II realms return to service on May, log in to Battle.net, and tick the “Ladder Character” checkbox when creating a new character. You can track ladder character leveling progress by clicking on the Ladder button from the main Diablo II in-game Battle.net interface.

In terms of allowing an analog controller hookup for the PC, we don’t have any plans for that kind of support right now. Similarly, since Diablo III for console was designed with a controller in mind, the PlayStation version of Diablo III will not support USB mice or keyboards.

Ismételten frissültek az 1.0.8-s patch szerverek, melyben főleg bugfixek vannak, pl. az ominózus Brawling Witch Doctor paragon szintezés (a Brawling területen, ha megölték a Witch Doctor zombikutyáit darabonként 10-15 ezer xp-t adott, mostmár nem adnak) javítása. A patch nem a héten érkezik, csupán a szokásos karbantartás lesz.

A Blizzard apró ajándékkal kedveskedik a Diablo 3 Playstation 3-s verzióját előrendelőknek, mely nem más, mint egy lvl 1-től használható Infernal Helm. A sisak megnöveli  a monsterek által  adott exp-t (tapasztalati pontot), és minden egyes karakter megkapja. Ez a jutalom PC-s karaktereknek nem elérhető, csupán a playstation 3-s karakterek kapják meg.

Újabb változások érkeztek a PTR szerverekre, ahogy nézem, főleg a gyógyító rúnaképességek kaptak alapos buffot, de a Witch Doctorok és a Frost Wizardok is örülhetnek.

A minap megkerestek minket, hogy szeretnének nektek streamelni, ilyen ajánlatot eddig sem utasítottunk vissza.

Hiena#2247 és barátai  fogják biztosítani a hc streamet. A stream szombaton 5 óra körül fog kezdődni, amíg el nem fogy a lendületük a srácoknak.

A játékosok szerették volna tudni, hogy pontosan mely területek is kaptak buffot a monster sűrűséget illetően. Lylirra adott is választ erre a kérdésre: egy listában összeszedte azokat a zónákat, melyeket változás ért. A félkövérrel kiemelt területek jelentős buffot kaptak, a dőlt betűsek kisebb nerfet. Minden egyéb említett zóna “enyhébb” buffot kapott. A téma továbbra is nyitott: a monster sűrűség további finomhangoláson fog átesni, a játékosok visszajelzései alapján.

In the latest PTR patch notes for build 16033, we noted that “certain areas in Act I and Act II have received further adjustments to Monster Density.” We’ve seen some players ask what zones this change applies to, so here’s a bit more information.

Zones that are bolded received a straight-up buff to their density.
Zones that are italicized were slightly nerfed.
All other zones had monster spawns adjusted to make them feel more “clumpy.”

Act I:

  • Cathedral Level 1

** Base weapon damage increased from 276% to 438%
** Hatred cost while channeling has been reduced from to 6 (down from 10)

* Skill Rune – Bombardment
** Weapon damage increased from 345% to 414%
** Explosion radius increased to 8 yards (up from 4)

* Skill Rune – Fire Support
** Weapon damage of Homing Rockets increased from 35% to 145%

* Skill Rune – Withering Fire
** Now reduces the initial Hatred cost to 10 (up from 5)

Wizard, Active Skills

** Tormented Stingers and Stygian Crawlers have had their experience reduced by 75%.
** Damage dealt by Tormented Stingers has been reduced by 75%.
** Experience granted by Shadow Vermin has been reduced by 50%.
** The chance for Shadow Vermin to drop loot has been reduced by 50%.

Keywardens
* Nekarat the Keywarden now has a chance to drop a random Key (of Destruction, Hate, or Terror) in addition to the Infernal Machine plans
* All Keywardens will now only appear in Inferno difficulty

A játékosok javaslatára hallgatva Nekarat the keywarden a következő PTR patch-től számítva már nem csak plant fog dobni, hanem random módon akármelyik kulcsot is dobhatja nekünk. Attól azonban nem kell tartanunk, hogy akiknek esetleg a plan kellene azok kulcsot kapnának, ugyanis a plan mellett a kulcs csak bónusz dropként kerül be hozzá. Egyszerűbben: Egyszerre dobhat kulcsot és plan-t is. A plan ropja bizonyos szempontból nem változik: akiknek már megvan a recept, ugyanúgy kidobhatja újra, mint eddig. Lylirra szerint egyelőre nincs lehetőség arra, hogy a játék rendszere megvizsgálja azt, hogy a játékosnak megvan-e már a recept vagy sem. Mindent összegezve számunkra ez a változás mindenképp egy pozitív irányt mutat.

I don’t understand why Blizzard wants to create Nekarat and then completely made him irrelevant after you got the manual from him.
Just as someone suggested, Nekarat should have the chances to drop random key (act 1, 2, 3 key) when you beat him. At least people won’t feel like gimped or robbed when they are farming at act 4.
Also, Act 4 mob density needed to increase further. Same goes to elite amounts.
Yup – it’s a good idea. Andrew just added this! Should be in the next PTR patch.

wait a minute, what if I want the tome, do I now have 1/4 of a chance to get it even at mp10.
It doesn’t impact the drop chance of the plans; it’s actually a bonus. :)

(The plans can still drop even if you have them, by the way. The game currently doesn’t have a way to check if you have the plans or not. That might be something we work on later, but for now it shouldn’t affect you either way — you can still farm for the plans and/or for the random keys.) (forrás)
