Úgy látszik a Reaper of Souls-ban ismét találkozhatunk majd a Diablo II Lord of Destruction-ből megismert Charm nevezetű tárgyakkal. A charm-ok olyan mágikus tárgyak, melyeket a játékos magánál tartva,különféle bónuszokra pl: all resistance,attack speed,alap tulajdonságok(Strength,Vitality,Dexterity) tehetett szert.
