Egy korábbi cikkünkben már említettük, hogy bizony előfordulhatnak hibák a játék telepítésénél. Itt egy újabb lista, melyeket már felfedeztek és az alábbi módokon javasolják a hibaelhárítást:

An unexpected decryption error occurred

This error message generally indicates that the installation files may be corrupted, damaged or incomplete. Please make sure your download has finished before attempting to install the game. Secondly, make sure the installation executable file is in the same folder as all your other Diablo III installation files. If the problem persists, you may need to delete all the files and restart the download.
Your installation folder should not have any files with the .Part extension. If it does, it indicates the downloader was closed prematurely. Restart the downloader in this case, selecting the same location the “Diablo-III-8370-enUS-Installer” folder is in, and it will check the existing files and download what’s missing. It’s important to let the downloader finish on it’s own. It will start the “Diablo III Setup.exe” file when it’s done. It can take a while so please be patient.

Error 108

Similar to “An unexpected decryption error occurred“, the error 108 can be caused by corrupted, damaged or incomplete installation files. This can often times be caused by closing the downloader early. Though the downloader may show 100%, please allow some time for it to fully complete.
You may be able to fix this by running the downloader and pointing it to the same saved location so that it may scan and download any missing files.

If the problem persists, let us know.

ATI Video card not supported

Last Update –
Our QA Department has identified the problem and will be testing a fix soon. It may be a little while before it can be implemented though so in the meantime, anyone experiencing this needs to hit the escape key when the warning appears to keep going.
Second Update –

I need a little more info now. Could any of you who have posted your info post your Blizzard Launcher.log file? It’s located in C:ProgramDataBattle.netClientBlizzard Launcher.xxxxLogs
xxxx is the highest number you might have for a launcher version in the folder.

Update –

Ok, I’ve got enough samples now, thanks. Our QA department will be taking a look into why this might be happening. Unfortunately, I can’t provide any sort of eta as to when it will be addressed. For now, simply hit the escape key to bypass the warning and you should be able to play.

I see several reports from users of ATI HD 4000, 5000, and 6000 series cards getting a message about their video cards not being supported.

Could I get a few of you to post your dxdiag info along with a screenshot link of the error message please?

You can generate your dxdiag info by using Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field)
Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here.

I’d like to see at least one from each series card.

Thanks.
